i did came across one logic about love. i got this from a talk in a masjid. the preacher questioned to the crowd,
"why is it Islam forbids the idea of dating before marriage?"
well truth be told, i myself don't really know at that time why so and what is it the best reply to the question. the only thing that came across my mind was, Islam forbid the physical contact between two ajnabis. yeah, i was that lame.
he later explained with one very short answer,
"Islam doesn't want you to torture your spouse later when you are together"
now that again put me into another enigma. how so? why torture? strong word it is. how can love be a tool for torturing?
